Blue Oyster
Pleurotus Columbinus

Blue-ish hue, Choice mushroom among enthusiast. Smaller than regular Oyster Mushrooms.


Elm Oyster
Pleurotus Ostreatus

Larger, meatier caps than the Blue Oyster Mushrooms. The Pearl Oyster, also known as “Grey or Elm” Oyster, has mild to medium flavor which makes it great to cook with.

Shiitake
Lentinula Edodes

Tan to dark brown in color, often compared to Button and Cremini mushrooms. Their rich, earthy flavor is what makes them a favorite for sautés.


Yellow Oyster
Pleurotus Citrinopileatus

Small petal like caps, the Yellow Oyster mushroom has a fruity aroma. When cooked, they develop a balanced, nutty flavor. Very popular choice edible.

Pink Oyster
Pleurotus Djamor

Tropical mushroom that grows on hardwood trees. Known to have a woodsy-smoky aroma, the Pink Oyster Mushroom has a short shelf life and is best used within three days of harvest.
